Returns

30-Day Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we will no longer accept returns after that.

Item Condition: Items must be in clean, unused condition. We won’t accept dusty or dirty tooth cards—these will be sent back to you with your next order.

Inspections: All returns are checked once we receive them. If they don’t meet the return criteria, we won’t be able to process a refund.

We do not accept back shade guides or items with a shelf life.
